Reinsberg Group, the medical technology holding owned by investment firm BHM group, has completed the acquisition of PROTEC, a German developer and manufacturer of X-ray systems. This strategic move strengthens Reinsberg Group’s position as a leading European healthcare technology holding while expanding its portfolio with advanced imaging solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PROTEC, a German company with a long-standing tradition, specializes in the production of premium X-ray systems \u2013 from X-ray tables to both analog and digital (DR) devices, as well as specialized software. Its products are used not only in human and veterinary medicine, but also in non-destructive material testing. Thanks to its in-house system design and hardware and software development, as well as international certifications, PROTEC is considered a respected player in the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
