ALVO Medical has fully joined BHM MedTech Group

We have the pleasure to announce that ALVO Medical has recently fully joined the BHM MedTech Group. The Olszewski family as the former owner of ALVO Medical has become a minority shareholder of BHM MedTech Group, which is ultimately owned by BHM Group – a family office of Mr. Tomas Krsek, to contribute to the Group’s success and to ensure the continuity of ALVO Medical.

ALVO Medical together with its sister companies Famed Żywiec and medifa GmbH represent a powerful set of companies within the Group and is a key milestone in the strategy of BHM MedTech Group to build a powerful European MedTech Group with global reach and offering customers superior hospital solutions and products from one source within the global consolidation process of the medical industry.

The joint strength of the group secures the longevity of the companies as well as materializing growth opportunities by accelerating the development of new products and innovations and by investing into new markets.
