About us

ALVO Medical designs, manufactures and installs innovative solutions for operating theaters (OR), hybrid operating theaters, intensive care units (ICU), neonatal intensive care units (NICU). We equip specialist treatment rooms and hospital wards with devices and hygienic modular infrastructure. Over the course of almost 30 years, we have completed over 2,500 operating theaters in more than 70 countries around the world.

Our offer for hospitals includes: modular wall and ceiling units, operating tables, surgical scrub sinks, specialist doors, medical trolleys, mobile patient transfer systems and medical furniture. The OR integration systems – ALVO Integra improve daily workflow in the OR and increase patient safety.

Quality Management Policy

The main goal of the Quality Management Policy at ALVO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is to ensure high quality and safety of manufactured products for their users, patients (with products for health care) and third parties.


The company ALVO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. manufactures products taking into account the current state and engineering knowledge, complies with the terms of contracts, keeps records on the selection of suppliers, checking raw materials, collects and stores technical documentation of manufactured products.


ALVO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. verifies products in the production process and final quality control, documents customer feedback relating to the quality, safety and conditions of their operation. We constantly improve our production methods, means of production and technical equipment. We supervise control and measurement devices.

The employees of ALVO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. systematically improve their skills and qualifications by participating in trainings and workshops.


The Management Board of ALVO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. by delegating goals and projects, mandate to the operational upper and middle management, undertakes to provide the necessary financial resources to secure, establish, implement, maintain and improve the corporate ecosystem.


The Management Board of ALVO Sp. z o.o. Sp.k . implements the quality management policy in a dynamic and innovative way, taking into account: humanization of the production process, compliance with legal regulations regarding the natural environment, motivation, systematic improvement of professional skills, quality improvement programs and the widespread participation of employees in the implementation of the company’s mission.


The established, implemented and improved Quality Management System aims to ensure our clients that we are ready to undertake complex tasks and meet their highest quality requirements.


The Quality System is designed to prevent the introduction of a non-conforming product to the market with legal requirements, especially MDR – with products intended for health care.


The Management Board declares that in its activities it will be guided by the legal regulations of the Republic of Poland and the European Community, including Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017, the Act on medical devices, the standards EN ISO 9001: 2015, EN ISO 13485: 2016.
