About us

ALVO Medical designs, manufactures and installs innovative solutions for operating theaters (OR), hybrid operating theaters, intensive care units (ICU), neonatal intensive care units (NICU). We equip specialist treatment rooms and hospital wards with devices and hygienic modular infrastructure. Over the course of 30 years, we have completed over 3000 modular operating rooms in more than 100 countries around the world. 

Since 2023, ALVO Medical has been part of the international Reinsberg Group, which aims to create a robust European MedTech conglomerate with a global reach, offering superior hospital solutions and products from a single source as part of the global consolidation in the medical industry. The Reinsberg Group supports its companies to grow and become active, reliable and dynamic partners for the public and commercial sectors worldwide. Integrated Management System Policy

The mission of ALVO Medical Sp. z o.o. is to create better treatment conditions for patients and users of our products by delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality solutions.

The Management Board and Executive Management of ALVO Medical Sp. z o.o. hereby establish this Integrated Management System Policy as the foundation for the organisation’s activities in the areas of quality, environment and regulatory compliance, with respect to the design, development, production, installation, import, distribution, servicing and other processes applicable to the Company’s products and activities.

We are committed to:

  • meeting applicable customer requirements, legal, regulatory and other requirements relating to our activities, products and processes;
  • ensuring the safety, quality, compliance and traceability of medical devices throughout the applicable lifecycle covered by our activities, including design, development, production, installation, import, storage, distribution and after-sales service processes;
  • preventing the placing on the market or making available of any product that does not meet the applicable requirements;
  • protecting the environment, preventing pollution and reducing the negative environmental impact of our activities, in particular through the rational use of resources, reduction of waste and emissions, and proper conduct in production, logistics and supporting processes;
  • ensuring adequate resources, competence and employee awareness, and engaging employees in the effective operation and improvement of the Integrated Management System;
  • maintaining the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and continually improving the system, processes, products and environmental performance;
  • establishing and reviewing measurable quality and environmental objectives consistent with this Policy and the strategic direction of the organisation;
  • controlling suppliers, materials, equipment, documentation, records, monitoring, measurements, complaints and market feedback to the extent necessary to ensure compliance and system effectiveness.

The Management Board and Executive Management declare their personal commitment to maintaining, communicating, applying, and periodically reviewing this Policy, and to ensuring that it is understood and available to employees and relevant interested parties.

In its activities, ALVO Medical Sp. z o.o. follows the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland and the European Union, as well as the requirements of standards and regulations applicable to its operations, including those relating to medical devices, quality and the environment.
