ALVO Medical is seeking for a passionate individual who oversees the planning, execution, reporting and completion of project programs in the med tec. environment, ensuring project timelines, within budget and to meet the companies goals from a high quality and safety standards. Within this role the individual will be responsible to manage project programs across the Group in a multi-disciplinary high engaged R&D team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from concept development to market launch
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Production to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and relevant norms and standards in the medical devices environment
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet project goals
- Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online and Jira to plan, track, and report on project progress
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
- Prepare detailed documentation, reports, and presentations on project status, milestones, and outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies within the organization
- Support product lifecycle management and post-market activities as needed
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management within regulated environments (MDR – medical device regulation standards will be a plus)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Online, Jira,…)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently
- English B-Level ; additional language skills are a plus
