Notification of transformation

We would like to kindly inform you that on January 2nd, 2023 the partnership ALVO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa was transferred into limited liability company under the business name: ALVO Medical Sp. z o.o.
ALVO Medical Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Śmigiel shall enjoy all rights vested so far in ALVO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa. ALVO Medical Sp. z o.o. shall also remain the beneficiary of permits, concessions and reliefs which were granted prior to the transformation.
The company under the business name ALVO Medical Sp. z o.o. was assigned a new KRS number: 0001007735. Bank account numbers as well as statistical number (REGON) and tax identification number (NIP) will remain unchanged.
Therefore, we would like to inform that starting January 2nd, 2023 (date of transformation) all offers and orders should be submitted, and all invoices should be issued to the company under the business name: ALVO Medical Sp. z o.o. The correspondence address remains unchanged: ul. Południowa 21A, 64-030 Śmigiel.
