Astralite® examination lights
Designed for examination and minor surgery with aunique advantage of full control of light intensity, colour and field size adjustment, the Astralite® delivers the quality of precision of British design and manufacture, with all the advanced features that come with Brandon Medical’s operating lights.
A wide range of versions offers a choice between AL10/AL1W with 70,000 lux at 1 m and even the more powerful ALE10/ALE1W with 100,000 lux at 1 m.
Red light improves physician perception in tissue details recognising during minor procedures, as the human eye is less sensitive to longer wavelengths. Brandon’s HD-LED technology improves tissue visibility, helping to improve outcomes during examinations and minor surgery.
Astralite® Warm/Cold range (AL1W/ALE1W) provides excellent visualisation of skin problems for all skin tones. The carried out tests, focusing on R13 and R15, confirm its effectiveness for darker skin tones, making it ideal for thorough examinations.
Available in the following configurations: ceiling, wall, mobile, mobile with emergency power supply.
Coolview® series examination lights
Coolview® series examination lights provide uncompromising lighting performance for the clinician its high intensity performance and colour corrected light make the focus of the examination vivid and natural.
The series includes several light models with different illuminance parameters (30,000 lux, 50,000 lux or 60,000 lux). The simpler lights do not allow intensity adjustment, while the more advanced solutions allow adjustment of light intensity values and colour temperature.
It is possible to purchase the light in various mounting variants: mobile, with ceiling or wall mounting, as well as mounted to a side rail/desk/bar at the column in a version with a rigid arm or gooseneck arm.
The lamps can find their application in dermatology, gynaecology and obstetrics, neonatology, GP doctors, ER wards, as well as in veterinary medicine and other.
